How to set it up

  1. 1In Rentec Direct (Pro or PM plan), open Settings, Tools, Utilities, API Keys and create a Rentec API V3 key that can read properties and write leads and messages.
  2. 2In Nolan, open Integrations, choose Rentec Direct and paste what you copied. Nolan tests it before connecting. Set the default city and state Rentec Direct asks for on every lead.
  3. 3Choose which units Nolan may offer: the ones you tick, every vacant unit, or none, to only send leads.
