Who we are
Nolan is operated by Palisade Technologies inc., which is responsible for the information collected on this site.
What we collect on this site
When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, company, phone number if given, portfolio size, markets, and the software and listing sites you mention. We also record the country your request came from. We measure how the site is used with PostHog in cookieless mode: no cookies, no advertising trackers, and visits are counted with an anonymous identifier that changes every day. If you create an account, Google gives us your name, email address and profile photo, and we keep a sign-in cookie in your browser for up to 30 days, only to keep you signed in.
If you call or text Nolan
When you call or text our sample leasing line, we keep your phone number, a written transcript of the call or your texts, and any visit you book. We don’t keep call audio. The call is carried by Twilio, and what you say is processed by Google’s Gemini AI to produce Nolan’s answers, which may happen outside your state or country. We keep these records to review and improve Nolan until you ask us to delete them. We never share your phone number, your texts or your consent to receive them with third parties for marketing. Text STOP to stop receiving texts.
If you message a property manager on Facebook or Instagram
When a property manager connects their Facebook Page or Instagram professional account to Nolan, Meta sends us the messages you write to that Page or account, with the identifier Meta gives you there. Nolan answers for the property manager, and we keep your messages, the replies, and what you share in them, such as your name, phone number, email or a visit you book, in that property manager’s Nolan account. The property manager decides how this information is used, and we act for them. What you write is processed by Google’s Gemini AI to produce Nolan’s answers, which may happen outside your state or country. We use this information only to provide Nolan to that property manager, never for advertising. We keep it until you or the property manager ask us to delete it, and we delete it within 30 days of the request: write to [email protected]. If you unsend an Instagram message, we delete our copy. When a property manager disconnects their Page or removes Nolan in their Facebook settings, we delete our access to their Page at once.

How long
We keep demo requests for up to 24 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time. We keep your account until you ask us to delete it.
Where
Requests and accounts are stored with Cloudflare, which may process data outside your state or country.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information at any time.
