  • Vacant units become listings Nolan answers about, read through AppFolio’s Database API on the Plus and Max plans.
  • On Max, each lead arrives as a guest card, with the showings Nolan booked and its notes.
  • On Max, application status comes back, and the lead in Nolan moves with it.
  • Nolan reads your vacancies every 15 minutes and sends each lead, showing and summary as it happens.

How to set it up

  1. 1Sign in to AppFolio’s Developer Space as a user with the Developer Admin role, and copy your developer ID, client ID and client secret.
  2. 2In Nolan, open Integrations, choose AppFolio and paste what you copied. Nolan tests it before connecting. Pick your plan: Max to read and write, Plus to read vacancies only.
  3. 3Choose which units Nolan may offer: the ones you tick, every vacant unit, or none, to only send leads.
