What Nolan does with Buildium

  • Listed and vacant units in Buildium become listings Nolan answers about, with their rent and availability.
  • Each lead becomes a Buildium applicant, with Nolan’s notes and the showing it booked.
  • When an application is approved or leased in Buildium, the lead in Nolan moves with it. Buildium can also email its rental application to each new applicant, if you choose.
  • Nolan reads your vacancies every 15 minutes and sends each lead, showing and summary as it happens.

How to set it up

  1. 1In Buildium (Premium plan), open Settings, Developer tools and create an API key. Tick units and listings (view) and applicants (view and edit).
  2. 2In Nolan, open Integrations, choose Buildium and paste what you copied. Nolan tests it before connecting. Buildium shows the client secret only once.
  3. 3Choose which units Nolan may offer: the ones you tick, every vacant unit, or none, to only send leads.

What Nolan does on every call, text and chat

  • Answers calls by voice, day and night, with the same short opening every time. It says it’s an AI whenever someone asks.
