Inbox and pipeline
One inbox for every renter. One pipeline for every unit.
Every conversation Nolan has with a renter lands in one thread, whatever the channel, and every renter moves through the same seven stages, from first contact to signed lease. Your team sees what Nolan did and steps in when it matters.
The inbox, lead pages and pipeline are live.
What it does
One thread per renter
Every channel Nolan answers for you, in one conversation per renter, so nobody has to repeat themselves.
A page per renter
Contact details, the units they asked about, where they came from, notes, and who on your team owns them.
Seven stages
New, contacted, qualified, showing booked, showed, applied, and leased or lost. Nolan moves renters along as it works, and your team can move them too.
Draft or send by channel
Let Nolan send texts on its own while it drafts emails for approval, or any mix you like. Drafts wait in the inbox until someone approves, edits or discards them.
A daily digest
At 7 a.m. in your time zone: new leads, today’s and tomorrow’s showings, drafts to approve and anyone without a reply. Nothing is sent on a quiet day.
The numbers you track
Inquiries, median time to first reply, showings booked and kept, applications and leases, by channel and listing site, for the last 7 and 30 days.
Your whole team
Teammates each with their own sign-in, and a lead owner everyone can see.
Reports per property
The same numbers for each property, ready to send to its owner.

Inbox and pipeline questions
Does it replace my property management software?
No. It covers leasing conversations, from first contact to signed lease. Rent, accounting and maintenance stay in your software, and leads flow to it by webhook, the API or CSV, or through a direct connector.
Can I review replies before Nolan sends them?
Yes. Choose draft mode for any channel and Nolan writes the reply for your team to approve, edit or send.
Does it replace my CRM?
If you only use a CRM for leasing leads, it can. If you run one for owners or marketing too, keep it: each new lead and its conversation can be sent there.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Everyone who answers renters gets their own sign-in, and each lead can have an owner.
Can I take my data out?
Yes, any time, as CSV.
