What Marketplace allows, and what it doesn’t
Meta’s messaging tools for businesses cover Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. Marketplace listings are posted from personal profiles, and Meta requires its written permission to automate data collection. So Nolan never signs in to a personal profile or replies inside Marketplace chats itself. The listing kit sends Marketplace renters to your Nolan number instead, where Nolan answers by phone and text. Muse, Meta’s own assistant, is the exception: it works on your profile with your consent, and can ask Nolan what to post and what to answer.

Can Nolan reply to Marketplace messages?
Not by itself: Marketplace messages go to the personal profile that posted the listing, and Meta’s messaging tools for businesses don’t cover personal profiles. If you use Muse, Meta’s own assistant, on that profile, it asks Nolan for each reply through Nolan and sends it word for word. Otherwise the listing kit puts your Nolan number in the listing, so Marketplace renters reach Nolan by call or text.
Will Nolan post my listings on Marketplace?
Nolan never signs in to your profile. If you use Muse, Meta’s own assistant, it posts, updates and takes down your rentals from your Nolan listings, with the kit’s checked text. Otherwise you post from your own profile with the kit’s text.
What does the wording check look for?
Phrases that describe who should live in the unit instead of the unit itself, like a preferred kind of tenant. It points them out; you decide what to publish.
