Does Showdigs work in Canada?

Its pages don’t say so. They price in USD, describe the agent network as nationwide and name no Canadian city, listing site or service. If you lease in Canada, ask Showdigs in writing which features, phone numbers and showing agents work for Canadian units, and in which language its AI answers.

Does Showdigs’ AI answer phone calls?

Yes, on the Plus plan. Its AI Leasing Agent answers calls and texts on your Showdigs leasing number, day and night. Its setup guide, dated June 11, 2026, has you put the Showdigs number on your listings. Nolan can answer on your own number or a new local one.

Can I use Showdigs agents without its software?

No. Its pricing page says the only way to use Showdigs Agents is on a Showdigs subscription plan. One-off condition reports can be ordered without activating a listing, but still need an account.

What does Nolan cost for 100 doors?

For 100 doors, it is the Essential package, at $99 a month on a yearly plan. It includes 25 doors, and each door past them is $4. Every package pools 5 voice minutes per door across your account. Texts, emails and chat are not metered. Extra voice is $0.28 a minute. There is no setup fee.

If you plan to use its agents, ask whether they cover any Canadian city at all, how fast a tour can be booked, and what the tour report includes.
